Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team in the construction site clean-up industry. This entry-level position
is perfect for someone who thrives on enthusiasm and a positive attitude rather than extensive business experience. The ideal candidate will be a local resident, as the role involves travel within the northern NJ, NY, and CT areas.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage in direct sales and build relationships with potential clients.
· Promote and sell our products effectively to achieve sales targets.
· Maintain a high level of customer service and address client needs promptly.
· Manage sales activities and report on progress regularly.
Qualifications:
· Strong personality and positive attitude with a drive to succeed.
· No prior sales experience is required; we are looking for the right energy and attitude.
· Must be willing to travel within the specified region.
· Experience in the construction and removal clean-up industry preferred.
Compensation:
First six months of employment
· Weekly pay of $1,000
· $500 per week car allowance
· $30 per container sold
After six months, transition to a commission-only structure.
· $30 per container sold
· $500 per week car allowance
